oXya offers managed cloud services and technical consulting for business critical applications, including SAP. oXya provides high-quality, on-shore technical support, acting as an extension to our customers’ in-house teams ensuring that their business-critical systems are in good hands.

The oXya Benelux team - about 40 employees - services its customers remotely from its offices, which are located in Kortrijk and in Haasrode (Leuven).

Daily responsibilities

• Resolving incidents, often on business-critical systems
• Searching solutions for specific customer requests
• Troubleshooting complex problem situations and identify preventive measures/ improvements to processes, procedures or tools and implement these as required
• Reviewing system performance statistics
• Participating in technical SAP upgrades and migration projects (e.g. S/4HANA upgrades)
• Installing and maintaining servers, operating systems, and network equipment
• Manage SAP BC technical operations such as transport management, client copy/ Kernel upgrade, printers management, handle and perform first analysis on incidents (find OSS notes), basis scheduler and backup tools, OS and DB (basic tasks), ...

Your profile 

• Master or Bachelor with strong IT background
• Proven hands on experience with profound knowledge of operating systems, databases and managing installations, upgrades and OS/DB migrations
• No former SAP BC knowledge is required but you are eager to learn
• Good interpersonal skills for interacting with team members and customers
• English language required, Dutch is a big plus
• Responsible & independent
